Coursera - Launches

When I joined Coursera, there was no process for launching new courses. I stepped in and helped the team develop a playbook and expanded our team's capacity for launches, covering everything from video to paid media to new email template, and social templates. As a result, we've had 12 new certificates and 31 programs launches that have successfully utilized this new launch playbook.

I am particularly proud of the Meta launch, as it marked the first time we introduced the process of creating a teaser video, and it was all done in-house by my team. The outcome was remarkable: Meta Certs generated $7.8 million in revenue, surpassing the revenue forecast by over 250%.
